1.Purchase 2, 3 or 4 doses of BRAVECTO® per pet for up to 3 dogs and/or 3 cats, according to your veterinarian’s recommendation, between January 1st and December 31st, 2020 inclusively.

2.Print out and fill in the rebate form. (Be sure to provide all the information required!)

3.Mail it in, along with the original dated receipt(s) from your veterinary clinic indicating the number of doses you bought, to:
